    This role involves proactive outbound prospecting, qualifying leads and setting qualified meetings through personalized emails and calling.

    The Inside Sales Rep will work closely with sales team members, collaborate with marketing, and use effective communication skills to build strong customer relationships.

    Job Location: Noida and Hyderabad

    Shift: US Shift

    Experience: 7+ yrs relevant into Inside Sales (Mandate)

    Prospecting and Lead Generation:


    • Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation activities.
    • Qualify leads to determine their needs, budget, and decisionmaking process.
    • Drive topofthefunnel lead generation for account executives and client partners.
    • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
    • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified meetings/ opportunities.
    • Able to make cold calls, send focused emails, develop LinkedIn network.
    • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
    • Familiar with tools/ apps like Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office suite etc.
    • Have excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Able to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.

    Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and regular follow-ups.

    Sales Reporting:


    • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the sales pipeline.
