    Email & Affiliate Marketing Specialist – Ecommerce (International Clients)

    We are seeking a results-driven Email & Affiliate Marketing Specialist to drive customer engagement, retention, conversions, and partner-driven growth for our ecommerce brand. The ideal candidate should be proficient in email automation, segmentation, A/B testing, affiliate partnerships, and performance tracking to optimize campaign success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Email Marketing:

    • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to boost engagement and sales.
    • Create and manage automated email flows, including abandoned cart, welcome series, post-purchase, and re-engagement campaigns.
    • Good copywriting skills to produce hook lines and engaging content.
    • Segment audiences and personalize email journeys for higher conversions.
    • Optimize email performance through A/B testing, subject line experimentation, and CTA analysis.
    • Track open rates, CTR, conversions, and list health, implementing strategies for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with email deliverability best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
    • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop compelling email content.
    • Stay updated with email marketing trends and innovations for ongoing optimization.

    Affiliate Marketing:

    • Develop and support affiliate marketing programs to drive brand awareness and revenue.
    • Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with high-performing affiliates and partners.
    • Track affiliate performance, optimize commission structures, and ensure program success.
    • Collaborate with affiliates to provide marketing assets and promotional materials.
    • Analyze conversion data and ROI to improve affiliate strategy and performance.

    Required Skills and Qualification:

    • 3+ years of experience in email and affiliate marketing for ecommerce brands.
    • Expertise in email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Omnisend, ActiveCampaign).
    • Strong knowledge of automation, segmentation, and customer lifecycle marketing.
    • Proficiency in A/B testing, analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
    • Experience in affiliate marketing, recruitment, and program management.
    • Strong analytical skills to track and optimize campaign and affiliate performance.
    • Understanding of email compliance and deliverability best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).

    Preferred Skills (Bonus):

    • Experience with SMS marketing and cross-channel integration.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML and email template design.
    • Familiarity with loyalty and referral marketing programs.

    Timing: 2PM - 10PM

    Salary Range: 30k-50k

    *Willing to relocate in Ahmedabad*
