    Description

    Summary:

    We are looking for aIndividual contributor with the ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment. Ability to manage priorities and work closely with the manager with focus on accuracy and adherence to deadlines with good communication and interpersonal skills, should be open to occasional travel based on client requests.

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Procure to Pay process accounting transactions related to Client including:
    • Invoice processing for capex, payroll, operational expenses.
    • Support local regulatory financial reporting and tax requirements
    • Identify and post any GAAP adjustments post agreement with onshore Client Finance teams.
    • Work with onshore Client Finance team to ensure integrity and accuracy of financial results and timely completion of all regular accounting transactions per the close schedule and published requirements.
    • Ensures the accuracy and integrity of the books of account and the financial information generated.
    • Supports the preparation of regulatory and statutory reporting including GST, SEZ, withholding taxes. Compliance with requirements, deposit and filing of returns.
    • Supports completion of local, state and government reporting requirements including tax filings.
    • Focus on audit along with finance leader.
    • Support in preparation of the annual budget
    • Ensure compliance with SEZ reporting requirements

    Requirements:

    • Individual contributor with the ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment.
    • Ability to manage priorities and work closely with the manager with focus on accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Candidate should be open to occasional travel based on client requests.

    Preferred Experience and Skills:

    • Strong financial aptitude with 4 to 6 years of work experience having exposure to General Accounting, Finance control, compliances, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and other transactional Finance activities.
    • Working knowledge of local Indian financial reporting and SEZ requirements
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Knowledge of working on SAP in must.
    • Maturity in handling confidential information
    • MBA or commerce graduate.
