    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's or MBA (preferred) from top tier institute. .
    • 36 years of total experience; Ecommerce/Cross border trade experience will be an added advantage.
    • Experience in working with Amazon, Wamart or eBay would be a plus.
    • Proven track record of growing business in the international markets using marketplaces would be a plus.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, cross functional collaboration and a team player.
    • Ability to operate in a fast paced environment by prioritizing & strategizing efficiently.

    Job Responsibilities :

    Boosting GMV:

    • Grow brand's GMV consistently on monthly & quarterly basis.
    • Develop and implement effective gotomarket strategies for launches, campaigns, and categoryspecific events to drive revenue and growth.
    • Identify and capitalize on opportunities using data insights to enhance GMV and topline performance of the brands.

    Relationship Management:

    • Proactively engage and Implement strategies to elevate Net Promoter Score (NPS) by delivering exceptional service and addressing brand concerns.
    • Foster and nurture strong relationships with partner brands to ensure sustained collaboration and mutual success.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Identify and capitalize on growth levers within the market landscape, employing datadriven insights to fuel strategic decisionmaking.
    • Conduct thorough category analyses, encompassing market research, competitive intelligence, and consumer behavior studies.
    • Curate a meticulously crafted assortment strategy to ensure the right mix of products aligning with market demands and customer preferences.
    • Analyze competitors on an ad hoc/seasonal basis, identifying growth opportunities.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and initiatives.
    • Work closely with category teams, product tech teams, and other stakeholders to drive cohesive and aligned outcomes.
    • Establish and maintain effective communication channels across departments for streamlined operations.

    Success Stories:

    • Identify and showcase success stories resulting from implemented strategies and optimizations.
    • Compile and present datadriven success metrics to demonstrate the impact of initiatives on GMV and overall category growth to the internal and external parties.
    • Regularly evaluate and refine strategies based on the success and learnings from past initiatives.
