- 3+yrs Application Support Engineer with Basic Dotnet and Azure skills
- Should know L3/L2 production support [Incident (Critical, high, medium and low) ]and vided resolution within SLA time.
- Basic knowledge on C# dotnet framework and SQL with Application support.
- Knowledge on to administer the Azure environment via Azure Portal.
- Must have knowledge about Azure cloud storage, Azure redis cache and its services.
- Dev Storage :Understanding of firewall /NSG Understanding of Cloud computing as well as PaaS .
- Dev Dev : ARM(Policy, Terraform, Blueprints), Azure cloud service, Azure Batch, APIM.
- Proficiency in handling rest API's and relative tool (Postman, fiddler).
- Strong Troubleshooting and Debugging skills is highly recommended.
- Proven ability to analyze the problem, root cause and handle the escalated.
- Prior experience in customer handling via voice, chat and Email.
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and Written (Must)
- Positive Attitude towards solving issues and willingness/ ability to learn and take challenging opportunity.
- To provide support to customers on 24X7 rotational shift basis.
- *Good to have Az-900 Microsoft and ITIL certification.
- Note: Project is for support role and not for development
