    Job Description:

    1. 3+yrs Application Support Engineer with Basic Dotnet and Azure skills
    2. Should know L3/L2 production support [Incident (Critical, high, medium and low) ]and vided resolution within SLA time.
    3. Basic knowledge on C# dotnet framework and SQL with Application support.
    4. Knowledge on to administer the Azure environment via Azure Portal.
    5. Must have knowledge about Azure cloud storage, Azure redis cache and its services.
    6. Dev Storage :Understanding of firewall /NSG Understanding of Cloud computing as well as PaaS .
    7. Dev Dev : ARM(Policy, Terraform, Blueprints), Azure cloud service, Azure Batch, APIM.
    8. Proficiency in handling rest API's and relative tool (Postman, fiddler).
    9. Strong Troubleshooting and Debugging skills is highly recommended.
    10. Proven ability to analyze the problem, root cause and handle the escalated.
    11. Prior experience in customer handling via voice, chat and Email.
    12. Excellent Communication skills both verbal and Written (Must)
    13. Positive Attitude towards solving issues and willingness/ ability to learn and take challenging opportunity.
    14. To provide support to customers on 24X7 rotational shift basis.
    15. *Good to have Az-900 Microsoft and ITIL certification.
    16. Note: Project is for support role and not for development
