- Review and analyze business and system requirements and develop various test specifications which include Functional Testing, System Integration Testing and Compliance Testing.
- Design/ Develop, review, maintain and execute test cases for both manual and automation tests.
- Identify and prioritize test cases for automation to achieve efficient test coverage.
- Collaborate with the development and QA teams to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
- Ensure that all test activities adhere to company standards and expectations.
- Collaborate with a team of test engineers, subject-matter experts, stakeholders to ensure delivery of quality test artifacts.
- Conduct thorough mobile testing on various platforms (iOS and Android).
- Design and execute API tests to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of APIs.
- Conduct manual testing when required, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Drive continuous innovation and improvement around test processes and technical capabilities.
- Perform test management, test reporting for assigned projects.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant Automation test experience with good experience in Mobile testing and manual testing.
- Strong understanding of manual testing principles and practices
- Good understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle
- Proficiency in Appium, Selenium, and Cucumber framework.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Proficiency in using Azure DevOps or similar test/Defect management tools for test case management, execution, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge in Defect Life Cycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in leading a small team
