    Role: DGM/GM- Business Development - International Supply Chain Business

    Location: Gurugram/Pune

    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Capable in identifying potential customer for international supply chain business.
    • Capable to Liaoning with top level of Clients & industry.
    • Will be responsible & committed for achievement of business unit sales target.
    • Person should have clear understanding & hands on awareness about third Party inspection requirement of Manufacturing, EPC, Chemical and Oil & Gas industry
    • Generating lead and converting in order booking
    • Product selling to private & Process industries.
    • Support tender team for market update / technical write up / costing to win project related to leads Empanelment & registration for Various Services
    • Establish & maintain relation with customer during & after project progress.
    • For any technical input he can be access to all working level manager
    • Capability of developing engineers' network for operation activities across globe with necessary legal requirement fulfillment
    • Authorized to take call with due concern for pricing commitment with respect to business unit sales planning.
    • Person should be capable to handle 10-15 Cr sales & planning from private customers only.

    Education

    • Graduate Engineering & master's in business administration having 12+ years' experience from any renown TPI company or vertical handling in business line in service provider industries like BV, TUV NORD, SGS
    • Person should be working exposure with New customer & Product on board with registration.
    • Large project updates & Should Rec. EOI from customers
    • Plan & focus 100 % of business booking from new customer.
    • Experience of development and managing services like TPI, FQA in process industries and downstream Oil and Gas and Chemical sector

    Fundamental Competencies

    • Experience of development and managing services of international supply chain in process industries, in downstream Oil and Gas, Chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer & steel industries sector
    • Customer relation
    • Should have good communication skill and team management.
    • Technically sound towards product selling
    • Self-driven and dynamic

    Strategic / Operational Competencies (as applicable for position)

    • Person should have exposure of dealing with top management of private industries & EPC Companies mainly in Oil and gas and Chemical sector, Process industries.
    • Having detail update for customer insight for future & ongoing requirement of TPI & EPC Projects
    • Person should have background for similar activity of customer relation manager role in oil & gas and process industries.
    • Person should have exposure to international supply chain business of EPC and Mfg. industries.
