• Track and report on business development activities, including sales forecasts, pipeline development, and performance metrics.

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Professional certifications in sales or business development.
• Experience working with government contracts or public sector clients.
