    As a Pre-Sales Manager at Enate, you will lead a team of pre-sales specialists and play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales efforts.

    You will be responsible for developing and executing pre-sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximise customer satisfaction.

    ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of pre-sales specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
    Collaborate with the sales leadership team to define pre-sales objectives, targets, and strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
    Overseeing the pre-sales process from lead qualification to solution design, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for potential customers.

    Work closely with the product development team to understand product capabilities, enhancements, and roadmap to position our solutions in the market effectively.

    Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive collaboration and alignment.

    Participate in customer meetings, demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions and address customer requirements.

    Provide strategic input and feedback to product management and marketing teams based on customer insights and market trends.
    Monitor and analyse pre-sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to optimise productivity and effectiveness.
    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.


    QualificationsMust haveA bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field, or an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.9+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, with at least five years in a leadership or management position, preferably in the SaaS industry.

    A proven track record of success in driving pre-sales activities, achieving revenue targets, and managing a high-performing team.
    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
    Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to anticipate and address customer needs effectively.

    Good to haveStrong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, with experience in CRM systems such as HubSpot.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business requirements.
