    Purpose of Job:B2B sales / Lead Generationof Industrial Products EPC Projects Automation Products heavymachinery / capital goods Robot system sales to industrial productand automotive manufacturing companies.
    KRA s:1.Achieve targeted sales forthe region as assigned 2.Maintain and Achieve Key Accounts targetedsales

    3.Maintaincustomer relationships.
    4. Acquire new customer/new application.
    5. Ensure timely collection of paymentRoles and Responsibilities:1. Initiate lead/demandgeneration strategies and visit customers.2. Identify strong potential prospects usingvarious data mining options and creativity to generate leads andopportunities. 3. Assess and analyze aprospects current process and requirements; and accordingly findthe brand fit. 4. Provide engaging andarticulate information about organisational value proposition topotential customers. 5. Maintain wellorganized uptodate and accurate sales information and activityreports in the CRM system. 6.Collaboratively work with the marketing team and EI leadership todevelop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunitieswith prospective customers. 7. Initiates andparticipates in new business pitches with sales team and subjectmatter experts and own follow through with the lead prospect.8. Confidently participate in thepreparation of proposals and the presentation of professionalproduct demonstrations via webinars or facetoface meetings.9. Represent organisation at corporateevents or sales meetings independently or with colleagues.10. Meet personal targets and work towardsorganisations sales goals and profitability.11. Provide consistent concise accurateinternal and external communications. 12.Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potentialcustomers via phone email telephone conferencing webinars and faceto face to discover their business needs and develop a positivebusiness relationship. 13. Providingconsistent concise accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales leadgen activity reports to management 14.Adhere to company policies procedures culture and business ethics.15. Develop a strong knowledge of companysproducts and services to facilitate the sales process.
    PositionRequirements: EducationalQualifications: BE / Diploma Mechanical or Instrumentation. EngExperience: 3 to 6 years in Sales ofIndustrial Products/Capital Goods/Equipments Electric machine toolsPneumatic equipment or parts SPMs to Automotive industry or Alliedindustrial manufacturing companiesExperience of calling on customers for leadgeneration and meetings.
    RequiredSkill Sets: 1. Has advancedall round interpersonal skills. 2. Excellentcommunication presentation networking and negotiation skills.3. Customer service oriented with a positivewellmotivated attitude. 4. Conscientioushardworking and driven to improve sales and activity performancebeyond targets. 5. Competent IT skills witha working knowledge of Microsoft Office google programs and socialnetworking tools. 6. Handson experience inERP / CRM would be preferred. 7. Goodorganizational and time management skills with the flexibility toreprioritise as necessary. 8. Must be highlyproficient in all aspects of English language especially speakinglistening and writing skills. 9. Willingnessto travel and work with global professionals.10. Must be enthusiastic about theautomation industry and automation products.11. Integrity of data reporting.
