Job Description: As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a technical team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with business analysts and clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions which should be provided to the technical team in a documented manner. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement best practices to optimize performance and efficiency.
