    We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now Technical Architect with extensive experience in AI Agents, Workflow Data Fabric, Generative AI, and deploying solutions into production within the Service Now ecosystem.

    The ideal candidate is a Service Now enthusiast and technical architect who can design, implement, and deploy robust Service Now solutions to meet our business needs.

    Responsibilities
    Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of Service Now solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
    Develop and configure solutions using the Service Now platform, including custom applications, integrations, and platform configuration.
    Integrate Service Now with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
    Utilize Service Now AI Agents to enhance AI-driven customer service capabilities.
    Implement and optimize Service Now's Workflow Data Fabric to improve data integration and workflow automation.
    Leverage Generative AI to develop intelligent solutions that drive business value.
    Oversee the deployment of Service Now solutions into production environments, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
    Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
    Stay updated with the latest Service Now features and technologies, advocating for their adoption when beneficial.
    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    Relevant years of experience as a Service Now Technical Architect.
    Service Now certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, or equivalent.
    Hands-on experience with Service Now platform development, including custom applications, integrations, and platform configuration.
    Expertise in Service Now AI Agents and Workflow Data Fabric.
    Strong background in Generative AI and its application in business contexts.
    Demonstrated experience in deploying Service Now solutions into production environments, ensuring best practices in deployment and post-deployment support.
    Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable, and robust Service Now solutions.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
