Corporate Partnership Executive Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at STEM Learning Private Limited.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on corporate partnerships, CSR fundraising, or similar sales profiles. This role is based in Chandigarh, and we offer a competitive remuneration package up to INR 30,000 (somewhat flexible for the ideal candidate).
Key Responsibilities:
* Compile and maintain a database of national and local donor organizations, including foundations, agencies, and private corporations offering donations.
* Create and pitch proposals/presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of partnering with STEM Learning.
* Regularly monitor donor websites and identify opportunities that align with our organization's work.
* Build relationships with existing clients, respond to their requests, and keep them informed about our activities.
* Conduct meetings with government officials, industry partners, and corporate clients across various districts, promoting our work and securing partnerships.
* Develop strategies and plans to achieve fundraising/revenue goals, ensuring the growth and sustainability of our organization.
Requirements:
* Graduate/PGDM/MBA in sales or an equivalent level of education.
* BSW/MSW with fundraising experience on CSR projects would be an added advantage.
* Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate client handling, and CRM application usage.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Familiarity with development sector, government liaisoning, and institutional sales would be beneficial.
