    Job Overview

    Surayay Namah Energy Private Limited is seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Consultant - Sales to join our team. As a Solar Consultant - Sales, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers. This is a full-time position based in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of solar energy systems and their benefits
    • Ability to conduct site visits and assess feasibility
    • Understanding of solar energy incentives and financing options
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers
    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their solar energy needs
    • Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and provide accurate quotes
    • Provide customers with information on available solar energy incentives and financing options
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to educate customers on the benefits of solar energy
    • Negotiate and close sales deals
    • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the solar energy industry
