Description

• Understandthe psychology interests preferences and etc. of the students andthe parents to counsel them about educationabroad.
  
• Assist the students inshortlisting the course andinstitutions.
  
• To ensure student/parent satisfaction sorting out the student s and parents query.Lead them accordingly if they come across anyambiguity.
  
• Establishing andmaintaining good rapport with prospectivestudents.
  
• Helping students/parentstowards a deeper understanding of theirconcerns.
  
• Helping students/parentsto make decisions and choices regarding possible waysforward.
  
• Set up sales plan in orderto achieve sales target required by thecompany.
  
• Support and motivate teammembers to achieve individual and teamgoals.
  
• Buildup good relationshipswith students and theirfamilies.
  
• Work closely with otherjob functions in the company to improve overall serviceslevel.
  
• Immediate reporting ofimportant issues (service operational HR) to direct senior Levelpropose a solution wherepossible.
  
• Other duties reasonablyrelating to thisposition.
  

Requirements

TheSr. SRM should possess the followingqualities:

• PriorKnowledge: About Country/Education System/ Job Opportunities/ VISA andetc.
  
• University degree fluent inEnglish good level of common officesoftware.
  
• Good communicator strongsales and intellectual skills with a proven trackrecord.
