The Training & Development Team under Talent Management in POPS at Ather is responsible for developing facilitating supporting implementing and evaluating all technical training programs at Athers factories to improve and enhance the skills of team members predominantly associatesYou will be the engine of our training delivery ensuring that every associate is trained tested and certified to Athers exacting standards

Responsibilities
