- Logistics Management: Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, distributors, and suppliers to support distribution operations.
- Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold product quality standards throughout the distribution process, from packaging to delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of distribution and logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure operational excellence.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of distribution operations, and implement improvements as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience 3 years in distribution and logistics management, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
