    Description

    Role Overview:

    • Emphasis is on coordinating & driving end to end delivery of project workstreams, coordinating with partner teams including senior leadership for alignments and owning overall timelines.
    • Incorporating feedback, structuring analytical solutions when required to address business objectives, and providing business acumen and hypothesis.
    • Effectively guiding the team around problem structuring and use of analytics (tools and techniques) to carry out analysis, presenting work directly to clients as required, and liaising with clients to build relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    • Project task management, stakeholder management including senior leadership (VP+), and communications including deck writing.
    • Coordinating all sub-team efforts, delivering output, facilitating and gathering client feedback on problem structuring, and managing frequency of feedback loop with offshore resources.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from top-tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply.
    • 2-4 years of experience in Risk management processes, Credit or Fraud strategy.
    • Familiarity with analytical tools such as coding in SAS/Python/R or data visualization techniques such as Tableau/Power BI.
    • Strong preference towards candidates with experience in Building end-to-end risk models for unsecured portfolios like credit cards, installment loans etc.
    • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, willingness to take initiative, strong program management skills and ability to think abstractly deal with ambiguous/use defined problems.
    • Proficient in executive level communications – creating slides, decks, and building data dashboards, outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
