Job summary
The Helpdesk Analyst provides support to users by performing tasks such as user onboarding/offboarding activities resetting passwords troubleshooting business and productivity applications supporting Microsoft 365 tools and maintaining accurate ticket notes.Responsibilities
- User Account & Access User onboarding/offboarding activities password resets MFA resets provision/deprovision access for business applications following SOPs.
- Application Support L1-level troubleshooting for business and productivity applications escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams with clear documentation.
