    • We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesperson to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential clients who have visited our showroom, as well as to establish and nurture relationships with interior designers, architects, and other industry professionals for collaboration opportunities. The Salesperson will also be responsible for conducting cold calls to expand our network and generate leads within the modular furniture industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Engagement:
    • Follow up with clients who have visited our showroom to understand their requirements and provide personalized assistance.
    • Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to ensure clear understanding and rapport with clients.
    • Present our range of modular furniture solutions and guide clients through the selection process.
    1. Collaboration with Interior Designers and Architects:
    • Identify and reach out to interior designers, architects, and other industry professionals for potential collaboration opportunities.
    • Arrange meetings and presentations to showcase our products and discuss potential partnerships.
    • Collaborate closely with the design team to tailor solutions according to the requirements of collaborating professionals and projects.
    1. Cold Calling and Lead Generation:
    • Utilize databases and industry contacts to identify potential leads and prospects.
    • Conduct cold calls in both English and Hindi to introduce our company, products, and services to prospects.
    • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for further discussions or showroom visits.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Graduation degree in any field.
    • Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service.
    • Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
    • Proven ability to engage with clients and industry professionals over the phone.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
