We are hiring for a CFO for a large D2C company at Bengalore

Play a key role in the business scale-up. Work with internal stakeholders to improve scalability of various functions, improve their cost structures, economics and efficiency. Identify and drive opportunities for revenue maximization and cost optimization.

● Head the Finance function, including Corporate Finance, Financial Planning,

Budgeting and Analysis. Work with founders and key management to build and

drive Annual Operating Plans.

● Head the Accounting function, including all forms of reporting, MIS preparation,

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash-flow management, Internal and

Statutory Audits.

● Work with CEO in stake-holder management including investor reporting,

investment related due diligences and leveraging efficient financing

opportunities.

● Ensure compliance with accounting standards, direct/indirect taxation and

supporting the business in necessary legal and statutory compliance.

● Monitor and manage working capital requirements to optimize cash flow,

particularly with regard to Supply Chain.

● Liaison with relevant stakeholders (both internal and external) for financial and

non-financial information.

● Legal and Administration Managing Legal and Administration function for the

company, legal work includes contract review, litigation, compliance, liaising with

government authorities.Compliance & Control: Build robust control environment

in organization, handle Legal & Secretarial function.

● Build, lead and grow the internal team of Finance controllers, Accountants and

Legal experts as per business requirements
