    We are looking for a Sales OperationsAssociate for a global renewable energy solutionsprovider.

    JobProfile:Qualify incomingleads/send cold emails/send warm email followups.
    Schedule appointments/calls forpotential customers. Make sure the potential customer has beenqualified.
    Remove unqualified opportunitiesdetermine accounts to be followed up and help to increase closingrates.
    Prospect cold or inactivecompanies.

    Build relationships with leads andprospective customers in the USA.Maintainuptodate knowledge of contract conditions and terms for customersin the USA.Adhere to Company policyregarding generation and execution of all contract and legaldocuments related to sales process.

    Ensurefrequent communication with CSO to maintain an accurate currentunderstanding of customer projects andissues.
    Ensure all reporting is done in anaccurate and timely manner.
    Develop a goodworking relationship with other internal departments to assist inexpediting various deliverables.
    Track keysales indicators and provide accurate timely reporting of theseindicators.
    Manage confidentialinformation.
    Handle administrativetasks/provide general support toCSO

    Requirements:23years sales support experienceSolar industryexperience preferred.
    Experience managingincoming sales leads.
    Experience buildingrelationships with past coldleads.
    Experience updating/maintainingCRMs.
    Excellent communication andinterpersonal skillsExcellent computerskills
