At Greystar-India, the strategic theme for 2024 is to build, scale and automate.

To accomplish this theme, there are multiple initiatives which have been identified to automate. At the same time, there will be few initiatives which will require to embed Artificial Intelligence.

As a Technical Architect, candidate will be responsible for designing & developing the architecture of automation solutions. This candidate will also be responsible for project management of all Automation & AI projects delivered within Greystar-India. This is a core technical role where the candidate should be able to drive the automation solution end to end from requirement gathering until production deployment.

What You Will do

• Design the technical architecture of automation solutions independent of any specific technology.
• Responsible for developing the automation solutions with the help of developers and/or vendor/partner teams.
• Responsible for writing test cases and testing the automation solutions
• Collaborate with various teams to setup the required infrastructure and deploy the automation solutions in production environment.
• End user training on final state of automation solutions.
• End to end project management (requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, production deployment) of all ongoing automation delivery projects
• Collaborate with Greystar-India business operations team to capture and validate requirements
• Collaborate with global business stakeholders during delivery of automation & AI solutions.
• Run weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings communicating updates, risks & mitigation plans with global stakeholders.
• Design, develop, maintain & troubleshoot Azure DevOps build and release pipelines for automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to automation solutions.
• Work closely with vendors/partners to get the project delivered.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies related to Automation & AI general, and share that knowledge with the team
• Lead a lean team of developers to guide and mentor/coach them developing the automation solutions.

What You Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent from an accredited college or university with major course work in a field related the job.
• Working experience on Project Management lifecycle. Should be able to independently run project review meetings and communicate with global stakeholders.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in Application development out of which min of 3 years in designing architecture of automation solutions
• Hands-on experience on C#.Net, SQL, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps). Min of 5 years of experience in architecting on these technologies. Min of 1 year of experience in developing automation solutions on these technologies.
• Hands-on experience in designing applications on Robotics Process Automation – either of Automation Anywhere, UiPath, BluePrism, Power Automate, Appian, Pega or similar platform. Min of 5 years of experience in either of these technologies. Min of 1 year of experience in developing automation solutions on these technologies.
• Strong understanding and working experience in databases and data warehouse systems (preferably Azure)
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining build and release pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and best practices
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and ARM templates

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
