    Job Overview

    We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team at KeyLogic Infotech. As a Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience, who is passionate about HR and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
    • Conduct employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and necessary paperwork
    • Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
    • Handle employee records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
    • Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback
    • Manage employee relations issues and address employee grievances
    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
    • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks
