    4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.

    5. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.

    6. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and pitches to clients, showcasing the value of our recruitment services.

    7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of recruitment projects.

    8. Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial and profitable agreements.

    9. Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

    10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
