    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of investment professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement investment strategies and initiatives to maximize returns on investment while managing risk.
    • Provide leadership, direction, and support to team members, including setting performance expectations, conducting performance evaluations, and providing coaching and development opportunities.
    • Oversee investment activities, including portfolio management, asset allocation, and investment analysis, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments to identify investment opportunities and risks, and make informed decisions.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to support business development and client retention efforts.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and market developments to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
    • Prepare and present investment reports, performance updates, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.
    • Proven experience in investment management, with a track record of successful portfolio management and leadership.
    • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and asset classes.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound investment decisions.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Familiarity with investment management software and tools.
    • Regulatory knowledge and understanding of investment industry regulations and compliance requirements.

    Skills:
