- Providing leadership within multi-disciplined project teams to ensure delivery of customer requirements and expectations.
- Helping to develop and get approval for the business case.
- Developing and managing project plans, schedules and budgets.
- Managing all aspects of project execution, conflicts and interdependencies in alignment with the approved project management plan.
- Providing timely and accurate project reporting and presentations to Sponsor, Steering Committee and Project Governance Meetings in accordance with the FCTG governance framework.
- Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
- Contributing to the ongoing refinement and development of project management frameworks.
- 10+ years' experience in managing technology projects out of which at least 5 years are with an MNC.
- Experience working in global projects spanning multiple countries and time zones.
- Relevant industry certification (Prince2, PMP, PMI-ACP).
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrable ability to deal with stakeholders and partners or vendors from other countries.
- Experience using project scheduling/planning tools like MS Project/Planner/Wrike.
- General industry knowledge (SDLC, ITIL).
- Aptitude for solving problems and thinking outside the box.
