    Job Description:
    We are looking for a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team.

    As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of safe, efficient, and sustainable structures for port development projects.


    Responsibilities:

    Conduct structural analysis and design calculations to ensure the structural integrity and stability of buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure components.

    Develop structural design drawings, specifications, and construction documents in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
    Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural designs with overall project plans and objectives.
    Perform site inspections and structural assessments to evaluate existing infrastructure and identify repair or retrofitting needs.
    Provide technical expertise and guidance on structural engineering principles, materials selection, and construction techniques.
    Review and approve structural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings submitted by contractors and consultants.
    Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with structural design requirements and quality standards.
    Conduct structural risk assessments and recommend risk mitigation measures to enhance safety and resilience.
    Stay updated on advancements in structural engineering technology, materials, and best practices.
    Mentor junior staff members and provide training on structural engineering concepts and techniques.


    Qualifications:
    Masters in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
    M.Phil/Ph.
    D/Post-Doctoral in the same field is preferable.
    Minimum of 15 years relevant experience in Structural Engineering Design, with experience in designing buildings in seismic zones.
