Job Title: Store Manager
Job Description: The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store to ensure optimal performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing staff, inventory, customer relations, and operational procedures while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Operational Management
- Oversee the store s day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Monitor sales performance, budgets, and financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Staff Leadership
- Recruit, hire, and train store employees.
- Develop staff through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during business hours.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
Customer Service
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
- Monitor customer trends and preferences to inform product and service offerings.
Inventory and Merchandising
- Manage stock levels and order inventory as needed.
- Oversee merchandising to ensure alignment with branding and sales strategies.
- Conduct regular stock checks and resolve discrepancies.
Sales and Marketing
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotions and events.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and present sales, inventory, and operational reports to senior management.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
- Track expenses and maintain cost efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Any degree with FMCG.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication.
- Proficiency in retail software and inventory management tools.
