    Description

    Cybersecurity Specialist

    The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and well-rounded technical professional who values results and teamwork. They will conduct audits across various cybersecurity frameworks, including ISO 27001, CMMC, CMMI, and FAIR.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Interface with team members, departments, and external associates to provide guidance on process improvement surrounding policy, procedures, and standards for the above frameworks.
    • Work with all levels of users and management while understanding business needs and communicating necessary IT Security and compliance requirements.
    • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of developing enterprise-level policies, standards, and procedures, and effectively communicate them in writing.
    • Analyze software, networks, and scan data to identify vulnerabilities that support compliance requirements.
    • Assist in implementing process improvements to support IT Security, IT, and GRC requirements for Risk and Compliance Audits.
    • Oversee, develop, and provide guidance on compliance requirement programs, risk assessments, and audits.
    • Prior experience defining risk management frameworks and leading implementation.
    • Understand common risk management frameworks and risk assessment approaches.
    • Identify key risks in business units, sites, and actions to mitigate these risks.
    • Identify operational control weaknesses.
    • Rolled out risk management across business units periodically.
    • Monitored remediation programs to ensure root causes of operational risk issues.
    • Review and develop risk policies in accordance.
