Position: Master Data Specialist

Base Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3 To 10 Yrs

Shift: Open to Shifts

Role:

The Master Data Specialist will be responsible for executing day-to-day activities pertaining to supply chain Master Data operations within the Oil & Gas industry. This role requires proficiency in material master data creation and maintenance for various material types, plants, locations, and transport systems.

Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate data availability across interconnected systems (SAP (Stripes), TORA, GOM/TSW, VIP, TAS systems).

Complete tasks within defined SLAs and demonstrate SAP functional knowledge.

Act as a multi-tasking Master Data Expert and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Respond to requestor feedback promptly and take ownership for resolution.

Monitor IDOCs for data integrity.

Skills:

Exposure to supply chain master data standards.

Strong interpersonal, analytical, and written communication skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Proficient in understanding and solving Level 1 tickets and supporting complex activities.

Effective communication and relationship management with clients.

Work Experience:

Good understanding and work experience in Supply Chain Master Data within the Oil & Gas Industry.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in supply chain management activities, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation.

An undergraduate degree with a PG Diploma or any other PG degree in Oil and Gas is preferred.
