    Reaching the Zone/Area-Assigned Sales Target

    • Assigning the Area's Primary and Secondary Sales Volume Targets
    • Achieving infrastructure goals
    • Reaching milestones for distribution expansion.


    • Managing personnel

    • Preserving amicable professional relationships with all business associates
    • Supervising a group of Sales officers (on duty) and guiding them to meet sales targets
    • Managing a team involves keeping people inspired, offering direction, and keeping an eye on output.
    • Organizing visibility campaigns, new product introductions, and local sales promotion programs.
    • Tracking budgets and making the best use of them possible.
    • Overseeing Depot: managing compliance concerns and making sure claims are handled correctly.
    • Reporting on and analyzing the competition scenario. MIS documentation

    Competencies/Skills:

    • A minimum of two to three years' experience as an area sales manager (exclusively from premier B schools)
    • Has experience managing a group of frontline sales people and sales officers.
    • Must have experience in consistently excelling in Sales, Infra and Distribution related Metrics.


    • Channel exposure

    • Must have handled General trade, Standalone Supermarkets, Wholesale Channel.
    • We are looking for people who have worked in Chennai Market presently or previously only. People who have not handled Chennai market will not be shortlisted. Personal Care Market experience is a plus.
    • We work from Office/Market for 6 Days
