Weare looking for energetic selfmotivated and a smart intelligenttechnical candidate for Principal Engineerposition.
Responsibilities:

• Designdocument and implement engineering solutions both individually andas part of a team.
• Lead and manage technicalprojects from conception to completion.
• Handson full stack coding including frontend backend microservicesdatabase cloud infrastructure and testautomation.
• Utilize Secure by Designdevelopment practices.
• Create threatmodels.
• Conduct Failure Modes and EffectsAnalysis (FMEA)
• Provide technical expertise andguidance to the engineering team.
• Coordinatewith other departments and stakeholders to ensure successfulproject completion.
• Analyze engineeringchallenges and develop solutions.
• Monitorassess and enhance the performance of the engineeringteam.
• Research and recommend new technologiesprocesses and procedures.
• Solve technicalproblems of the highest scope complexity andambiguity.
• Mentor other engineers and help themgrow.
• Conduct code reviews for quality securityandmaintainability

BasicQualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or a relatedfield
• Minimum of 8 years of experience insoftware engineering
• Strong technical andanalytical skills
• Extensive experience in fullstack development frontend backend microservices database cloudinfrastructure and test automation.
• Experienceworking in an Agile developmentprocess.
• Experience with Black Box White Boxand automated testing frameworks
• Experiencewith Threat Modeling
• Experience with fullyautomated CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge ofengineering principles and bestpractices
• Strong knowledge of design patternsand how to apply them.
• Extensive experiencedesigning and building highly available Cloud basedsolutions.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
• Able to work as part of ateam andindependently.

PreferredQualifications:

• Handson experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services(AWS)
• Microsoft Azure or AWS Cloudcertifications
• Experience with the healthcaredomain
• Experience with healthcare data andstandards such as HL& andFHIR
• Experience with conductingFMEAs

WorkingConditions:The PrincipalEngineer will be required to travel as business dictates necessarybut will typically operate from an officeenvironment.
