    JobDescription:

    As a ProductionSupervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinatingthe daytoday operations of our production floor. Your primary focuswill be on ensuring efficient workflow maintaining highqualitystandards and fostering a culture of safety and teamwork. The idealcandidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude excellentleadership skills and a passion for driving productivity andcontinuousimprovement.


    Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    1. WorkPlanning/Allocation:
    • Coordinateproduction schedules to meet deadlines and customerdemands.
    • Assigntasks and responsibilities to production team members based onskill level andworkload.
    • Monitorprogress and adjust schedules as needed to optimizeefficiency.
    1. Productivity&Quality:
    • Ensurethat production targets are met while maintaining highqualitystandards.
    • Implementand enforce quality control measures to minimize defects andrework.
    • Conductregular inspections and audits to identify areas forimprovement.
    1. Following5sProtocols:
    • Promoteand enforce 5s principles (Sort Set in order Shine StandardizeSustain) to ensure a clean organized and efficient workenvironment.
    • Trainand motivate team members to adhere to 5s protocols and bestpractices.
    1. WeeklyReporting:
    • Prepareand submit weekly production reports to management highlighting keyperformance metrics challenges and opportunities forimprovement.
    • Analyzedata to identify trends and make datadriven decisions to optimizeproductionprocesses.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Mechanical Engineering or relatedfield.
    • 23years of experience in a manufacturing or factory settingpreferably in fabrication or machiningworks.
    • Strongunderstanding of production processes andmachinery.
    • Excellentleadership and communicationskills.
    • Abilityto work effectively under pressure and meet tightdeadlines.
    • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant softwareapplications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
