    Description

    Role: Business Analyst

    You will be part of a development team as a Business Analyst. Your key responsibilities include:

    • Being the single point of contact for interacting with customers to build product roadmaps, gather business requirements and value realization.

    • Working closely with customers and development teams to deliver high-quality enterprise applications using advanced technology stacks, methodologies, and standards within agreed timelines.

    Key Skills and Requirements:

    • Requirements management and gap analysis skills
    • Strong analytical ability and quick decision-making
    • Ability to identify and set priorities

    Responsibilities:

    Requirement Management:

    As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

    • Being a single point of contact for all functional and non-functional requirements
    • Driving discussions with stakeholders and mapping functional requirements
    • Managing customer expectations on projects and raising change requests for out-of-scope requirements using Agile methodologies and defined processes

    Product Quality & Rework Ownership:

    You will ensure:

    • The delivered product is fit for production/UAT use
    • No rework occurs by coordinating with customers and technical teams

    Value Delivery:

    You will guarantee that:

    • Agreed product milestones are delivered
    • Agreed business value is realized

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institute
    • 4-7 years of experience in requirements management, use cases, and business flows
    • Experience working on projects using Agile Methodology
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively with business users and stakeholders
    • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certification is a plus
