    Position Title: Senior Executive- Human Resources (Full Time)

    Purpose:- To supervise the workforce, build strategic talent pool, generate and implement organization development interventions to retain best talent and nurturing organization brand.

    Responsibilities:-

    • To create a pipeline of talent by best hiring strategies & practices as per organizations dynamic growth and vision.
    • To handhold, onboard, orient and induct inflow of talent in the system.
    • Proven ability to establish, connect and build positive working relationship with the stakeholders
    • To facilitate in managing a successful, smooth employee life cycle in the organization.
    • Proven ability to resolve conflicts in dynamic and high growth pace organization.
    • To simplify complex systems, procedures and processes with knowledge & experience
    • To deliver organizational human resource projects with designated timelines
    • To create clear and concise reports, communication, presentations and awareness
    • To handle workplace investigations & disciplinary procedures
    • To carry out necessary administrative duties

    • To generate Offer/Appointment Letter(s)/ID Cards to the new joinees
    • To do Induction/On-boarding formalities
    • To handle end to end recruitment
    • To handle entry to exit level formalities

    Educational Qualifications:-

    • Graduate preference to MBA in HR

    Experience:-

    • 3 5 years of experience in HR Domain
    • Preference to experience in Education & IT industry

    WFO/6 days
