Job summary
Coordinate candidate interviews across multiple time zones ensuring seamless experience for candidates interviewers Review incoming job applications flag top candidates Support Senior Talent Acquisition Partners in tracking candidate progress maintaining organized records in ATS Lever Assist with sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn other platforms crafting outreach messages organizing leads Prepare candidate materials briefing documents ahead of interviews Support hiring process by accurately transcribing documenting reference calls for candidates in final stages of interviews Work Timings 8 30 PM -4:30 AM IST Monday Friday Cabs will be provided for pick drop Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree from accredited university required Strong organizational skills ability to manage multiple tasks priorities with accuracy Excellent written verbal English skills to work effectively with U.S.-based recruiters hiring managers candidates
