    Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead

    Shift Timings: US Shift (8 AM EST - 5 PM EST)

    Job Location: Pune (Currently Remote with Near Future transition to onsite)

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
    • Collaborate with senior management to understand company goals, align them with digital team members, set targets, track performances, etc.
    • Branding building: building tone and voice for a brand that aligns with the values of the company.
    • Implement lead-generation campaigns using multiple sources, including online and offline channels.
    • Manage and optimize social media platforms to engage with our audience, increase followers, and drive website traffic.
    • Create and curate engaging content ideas for social media posts, blogs, articles, and other marketing collateral.
    • Integrate proper systems to effectively manage leads, track customer interactions, and measure marketing ROI.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and research, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
    • Utilize digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and PPC, to improve online visibility and lead generation.
    • Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote services, & drive conversions.
    • Team Management: Experience in managing a digital marketing team.
    • Skill in hiring and onboarding new team members as needed.
    • Establishing workflows, processes, and best practices for efficient campaign execution.
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as design, content, and development teams.

    Required Qualifications and Skillset

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing space, & strategic brand.
    • MBA degree or higher education in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).
    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and KPIs.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
