- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

- Team Management: Experience in managing a digital marketing team.
- Skill in hiring and onboarding new team members as needed.
- Establishing workflows, processes, and best practices for efficient campaign execution.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as design, content, and development teams.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing space, & strategic brand.
- MBA degree or higher education in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
