Role and Responsibilities: -

By making sure that top-notch supplies and services are acquired on time, I hope to support the organization's performance and eventually increase operational profitability and efficiency."

• Identifying potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services required by the organization.
• Implementing cost-effective purchasing strategies to optimize spending while maintaining quality standards. This involves conducting cost analyses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and negotiating prices with suppliers.
• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs. This may involve forecasting demand, coordinating with other departments, and implementing inventory control measures.

· Follow up the daily market price

• Follow up from supplier for sampling and loading

· Quality checking and confirmation from seniors

· Computer skills – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
