    Responsibilities:
    • Managethe overall accounting function of the company including financialreporting auditing financial statements bookkeeping taxationcompliance and providing financialadvice.
    • Maintain accurate books of accounts andensure all financial transactions are recordedproperly.
    • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annualfinancial statements like income statements balance sheetsetc.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable lawsand regulations.
    • Review the companys systemsand analyze risk.
    • Handle all tax complianceincluding filing tax returns and computing taxliabilities.
    • Advise on tax planning and ensuretax optimization.
    • Interact with externalstatutory auditors for the annual auditprocess.
    • Oversee cash flow management andbankrelated activities.
    • Forecast and monitorbudgets profits and losses.
    • Handle compliancewith Indian laws.
    • Ensure adherence toaccounting standards and statutoryrequirements.
    • Provide counsel on areas ofbusiness improvement or dealing withinsolvency.
    • Manage juniorcolleagues.
    • Negotiate terms withsuppliers.

    Qualificationsand Skills:
    • Minimum 4 years ofexperience in accounting and financefunctions.
    • Experience working in theManufacturing industry is a plus.
    • Expertise inTally/ERP systems MS Excel.
    • Strong knowledge ofIndian accounting standards.
    • Handson experiencein corporate and indirect taxation.
    • Ability tomultitask and meet deadlines.
    • Selfmotivatedwith good analytical and problemsolvingskills.
    • Fluency in English andHindi.
