- Conduct regular lane-to-lane/Area mapping with supervisor assistance.
- Identify new sources within the allocated area and report progress during team huddles.
- Manage relationships with assigned and identified sources within the geography/area.
- Maintain sales-related reports and activity logs in prescribed formats on a daily basis.
- Identify the need for appointing channel partners to enhance sales opportunities.
- Attend daily team huddles as per the established process.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Ensure the timely submission of complete application forms, documentations, and information.
- Graduate from any stream.
- Minimum of 6 months of sales experience.
- Prior experience in BFSI is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as per job requirements.
- Excellent communication skills.
