Min Experience 1 year

CTC 3L to 4L

Preferable male candidates

Should have good knowledge in Advanced Excel

The candidate should have sufficient knowledge in interior fit out products

The candidate should be able to do the drawings in AutoCAD

Collaborate with Architects, Project Managers and contractors on Estimates

Estimation of quantities from drawing

Quantity takes off for materials from drawings and calculation of cost of the project

Read GFC drawings and technical documents in order to calculate quantities and work on cost

Maintain & monitor actual progress v/s planned progress

Checking and submitting RA/Final bills on follow up

Generate MIS report desired by Management

Should have knowledge in AutoCAD 2D

Should have knowledge in taking measurements and visiting sites for completion of work as per drawings
