    HR compliance, Leave, Attendance, Joining & Exit formalities - Employee engagement - Performance Management - Payroll Management - Tax Compliance - Good Communication skills.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

    Manage the recruitment and selection process

    Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

    Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures in the organization

    Nurture appositive working environment

    Over see and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

    Maintain pay plan and benefits program

    Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

    Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

    Education: MBA/PGDM in HR/ Any Degree related to Human Resources

    Experience: 2+ Years

    Travel: Should be willing to travel anywhere as per company's requirements

    Salary: 2.4 Lacs up to 5.4 Lacs
