    Booming Bulls Academy is seeking a talented and results-driven Advertising Expert to lead all paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Telegram Ads.

    The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns to drive ROI, maximize reach, and achieve business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Campaign Strategy & Execution

    • Develop, implement, and optimize ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
    • Plan advertising strategies in alignment with marketing objectives and target audience.
    • Ensure effective budget allocation to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.

    Ad Creation & Testing

    • Craft compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
    • Run A/B tests for ad formats, creatives, and audiences to improve performance.
    • Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop high-converting assets.

    Audience Targeting & Segmentation

    • Set up effective audience targeting and segmentation strategies.
    • Utilize first-party data, retargeting, and lookalike audiences for optimal reach.
    • Analyze audience behavior and refine targeting to improve conversions.

    Performance Tracking & Reporting

    • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
    • Provide detailed reports to senior management and stakeholders on campaign performance.
    • Implement conversion tracking and optimize campaigns based on insights from analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.).

    Optimization & Scaling

    • Continuously optimize campaigns to lower costs while improving conversions.
    • Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats.

    Collaboration & Coordination

    • Work closely with SEO, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to align campaigns with business goals.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.

    Budget Management

    • Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently.
    • Forecast budget requirements based on campaign objectives and historical data.

    Compliance & Ad Policies

    • Ensure that all campaigns adhere to the respective platform's advertising policies.
    • Regularly review and update campaigns to comply with any changes in platform rules.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
    • 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Telegram Ads.
    • In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, targeting options, and optimization strategies.
    • Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
    • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
    • Proven track record of delivering results, including improved ROI and conversions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple campaigns.
    • Google Ads & Facebook Blueprint certifications are preferred but not required.
