PositionOverview:We seek anexperienced and enthusiastic Fashion Consultant to join the team inHyderabad immediately. As the Fashion Consultant you will play apivotal role in driving the success of our store. You will beresponsible for managing all aspects of the stores operationsincluding sales customer service inventory management and visualmerchandising.
KeyResponsibilities:
StoreOperations: Oversee daytoday store operationsensuring a smooth and efficientworkflow.CustomerService: Deliver excellent customer service create awelcoming atmosphere and resolve customer concernspromptly.InventoryManagement: Maintain optimal inventory levelsconduct regular stock checks and manage replenishmentorders.VisualMerchandising: To create an appealing and inspiringshopping environment ensure visual merchandising standards aremet.StoreMaintenance: Oversee store cleanliness safety andsecurity.Billing &Reporting: Prepare and submit daily weekly andmonthly reports to highermanagement.SalesManagement:Set and achievesales targets monitor sales performance and implement strategies toboost sales.

• Develop and implementsales strategies to meet and exceed revenuetargets.
• Conduct market research to identifytrends opportunities and potential areas forexpansion.
• Analyse market data and competitoractivities to develop competitive strategies and differentiate ourservices.

Qualifications:

• Diplomaor degree in fashion.
• Passion for fashion and akeen eye for style trends.
• Minimum 1 years ofexperience in Fashion store management
• Fluencyin English and Hindi iscompulsory. knowledge ofTelegu isgood to have but if you dont know itsOK.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Ability to make sounddecisions and work independently and in a teamenvironment.
• Strong analytical andproblemsolving abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize taskseffectively.
• Selfmotivated andresultsoriented.
• Proficiency in using CRMsoftware other sales tools and Billingsoftware.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and otherMicrosoft Office applications.
• Professionalappearance and demeanor.
• Attention to detailand strong organizationalskills.
• Professionalism integrity and acommitment to maintaining clientrelationship
