The person should haveB.Tech or B.E. Degree in Mechanical engineering discipline andshould
have a minimum812Years of experience in Designand detail engineering of storage tanks (API
650) in Oil &Gas Projects. Relevant experience in maintenance of tanks and API653 pressure
vesselspiping knowledge is also preferable.

Thefollowing are the requirements to be ful lled by thecandidate:
MinimumExperience: 8 12 Years
Loca%on:H.O. at HYDERABAD willing to visit the site locaQon once in a monthas and when
required.Industry: Oil & Gas
Exposure: Design anddetail engineering of API 650 / API 653 IS : 803 NFPA 16 20knowledge
in OISD andrelevant codes for storage tank construcQon. Knowledge in LPGTerminals
moundedstorage bullets double walled storage tank construcQon etc will beof added value.
JobDescrip%on:
Designing & Detail Engineering ofStorage tanks Pressure vessels mounded bullets
spheres Packageequipment s as per internaQonal & IS standards like API 650ASME Sec
VIII div 1& 2 IS 803 IS 2825 and EN standards.
PreparaQon of data sheets MaterialrequisiQon and Technical Bid evaluaQons.
Perform equipment design calculaQons forStorage tanks and Pressure vessels.
Provide input and review of Generalarrangement drawings and detail drawings.
PreparaQon of MTO and provide materialspeci caQons for purchase.
Guide and alot the work to juniorengineers and jr. designers / draughtsman.
ParQcipate in inter disciplines acQviQesand interact to opQmize designs.
EsQmate total weight of equipment withspeci c material and thickness for esQmaQon
purpose.
Exposure to Oil & Gas specicaQons and standards requirement like IOCL HPCL BPCL
OIL GAIL and havingworked with Engineering consultants Like EIL Technip TCS Wood
etc.
Should be able to go through Clientrequirements and provide necessary soluQons.
ParQcipaQon in Client meeQngs and meetthe project requirements.
ParQcipate and develop planning andschedule for documents submissions. Periodical
review of the status ofdocuments and make backup plans.
Provide the support to site andfabricaQon works for any construcQon related issues.
Issuing good for construcQon drawings tosite and monitor progress of works as per the
plans
Completes projects by training andguiding technicians.
Contributes to team e ort byaccomplishing related results as needed.
Added advantage having experience indesign and detail engineering of Boilers Water
and Thermic FluidHeaters.
