    Responsibilities:

    We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive the implementation of various HR programs. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to department leaders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between management and employees. The HRBP will be responsible for promoting a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

    Strategic Partnership:

    • Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of organizational goals.
    • Provide expert guidance to department leaders on HR-related matters.

    Employee Relations:

    • Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
    • Conduct investigations and provide resolution recommendations.
    • Promote a positive work culture through proactive communication and engagement initiatives.

    Talent Acquisition and Management:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and contribute to the recruitment process.
    • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration for new employees.
    • Contribute to talent development initiatives, including performance management and career planning.

    Learning and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of relevant programs.
    • Support the development of a learning culture that promotes continuous improvement and skill enhancement.

    HR Compliance:

    • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure company-wide compliance.
    • Advise management on HR policies and procedures, guiding on potential legal issues.

    Willingness to Learn New Technologies:

    • Stay updated on emerging HR technologies and trends to improve efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment and operations.
    • Proactively seek opportunities for professional development and skills enhancement.

    Operations Administration:

    • Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations, including employee record management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate employee engagement activities and programs to foster a positive work culture.

    Vendor Management:

    • Manage relationships with external vendors, including recruitment agencies, background check providers, and HR software vendors.
    • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services.

    Designing Flyers:

    • Create visually appealing flyers and promotional materials for internal and external events, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns. Branding on LinkedIn and Instagram.
    • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company branding guidelines.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
    • Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar role for 4+ Years
    • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees and leaders.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
