YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer with experience in DBT (Data Build Tool) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports, while also possessing a solid understanding of data modeling, SQL, and the DBT framework. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the enhancement of our data visualization capabilities.

Tableau Development: Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics and insights.

DBT Implementation: Utilize the DBT framework for data modeling, transformation, and orchestration, ensuring efficient data pipelines and high-quality data output.

Data Integration: Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to integrate data from various sources into Tableau and DBT, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Performance Optimization: Optimize Tableau dashboards and DBT workflows for improved performance and scalability, identifying and resolving bottlenecks as needed.

Data Governance: Implement data governance best practices within Tableau and DBT environments, ensuring data security, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Documentation: Document Tableau dashboards, DBT models, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain a comprehensive repository of data assets.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau usage and best practices, fostering self- service analytics capabilities across the organization.

Skilled Required:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Tableau developer, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

· Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

· Experience with the DBT framework for data modeling and transformation is highly desirable.

· Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

· Experience with other data visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker is a plus.

· Relevant Tableau and DBT certifications are advantageous.
