    Overview:

    The SalesManager in the Edtech industry plays a critical role in driving thecompanys sales efforts and revenue growth. This position is vitalfor advancing the companys presence in the education technologymarket establishing and maintaining relationships with clients anddeveloping sales strategies to achieve businessobjectives.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Develop andimplement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base in theEdtech sector
    • Manage a team of salesrepresentatives and provide guidance training and motivation toachieve sales targets
    • Identify and pursue newbusiness opportunities by leading the sales team in prospecting andlead generation
    • Collaborate with marketing andproduct teams to align sales strategies with product offerings andcustomer needs
    • Establish and maintain strongrelationships with key clients understanding their needs andensuring their satisfaction
    • Analyze sales datamarket trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategiesand tactics accordingly
    • Prepare and presentregular sales reports forecasts and budgets to the seniormanagement team
    • Participate in industry eventsconferences and networking activities to promote the company andbuild partnerships
    • Oversee the development andimplementation of effective pricing strategies and negotiationtactics
    • Lead by example demonstrating a strongwork ethic and dedication to achieving salestargets

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration or related field
    • Proventrack record of success in sales management specifically within theEdtech industry
    • Demonstrated ability to leadand motivate a sales team to meet and exceedtargets
    • Deep understanding of the Edtech marketincluding industry trends competitors and customerneeds
    • Excellent communication presentation andnegotiation skills
    • Strong analytical andproblemsolving abilities to make datadriven salesdecisions
    • Experience in developing andimplementing sales strategies and actionplans
    • Ability to travel as needed to meet withclients and attend industry events
    • Proficiencyin CRM software and sales management tools
    • Highlevel of integrity and professionalism in conducting salesactivities
