A Wealth Advisory Corporate based out of Mumbai is hiring for HR-Ops
Academic/Qualification: MBA
Experience: Profile with 4 - 6 years of experience in HR operations, Payroll, and Compliance.
The position holder shall be responsible for:
Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including calculations of wages, taxes, and other deductions
Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits to employees
Maintain employee records, including personal and employment details, time and attendance records, and performance evaluations
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, tax laws, and data protection laws.
Prepare and file reports to regulatory bodies, such as the Department of Labor, Social Security Administration, and IRS
Provide support to HR team members and line managers on HR-related matters.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
Continuously monitor and improve HR operations and payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
